Absolutely Fantastic Experience!

Our whole family was devastated when our River Murray property had to be demolished after the recent floods, and we were determined to rebuild as soon as possible. Ryan and the team at Stannard Family Homes have been amazing, and because they're river people who were also impacted by the floods, they genuinely understood how important the river is to our family. The planning process has been really engaging, and Ryan gave us some fantastic ideas that helped us design the right property for our needs. Our planning proposal went through council without any issues because Ryan and the team understand the new regulations and have a great relationship with council - this made everything really simple. We've just finished our building selections, and we're really confident and excited about the building process which starts shortly.
